Memorial services for Patricia Ann Swaffar Landers, 67, of Eustace, were held Oct. 24, 2015, at Lakeside Baptist Church.

She died Oct. 21, 2015, in Tyler.

Mrs. Landers was born Oct. 13, 1948, in Irving, to Walter Lee and Wilie Ann Swaffar.

She was a member of Walnut Springs Baptist Church. She was married to her faithful husband, Jim for 45 years. She enjoyed cooking and keeping her home.

She loved her Lord and teaching Sunday school. She really liked sports, especially the Texas Rangers. She enjoyed everyone that she met and she loved her friends and family very much.

Mrs. Landers is preceded in death by her parents; brother, John Swaffar; brother, LaVern Swaffar; and sister, Clara Harris.

She is survived by her husband, Jim Landers of Eustace; son and daughter-in-law, Douglas Lee and A.J. Landers of Waco;  daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Rodney Everitt of Payne Springs; four grandchildren, Chelsey, Cody, Brandon, and Micah; brother and sister-in-law, Harold and Vivian Swaffar of Waxahachie, and numerous relative and friends.
