Graveside services for Travis Marcine Hanna, 82, of Ben Wheeler were held Thursday, July 7, 2016 at Haven of Memories Memorial Park in Canton under the direction of Eubank Funeral Home.

Mr. Hanna died Sunday, July 3, 2016, at his home in Ben Wheeler.

He was born June 24, 1934, in Ben Wheeler to Travis Herman and Lois Slayton Hanna.

He grew up in Ben Wheeler and attended school in Van where he graduated from Van High School. He moved to Dallas for 20 years where he worked as a carpenter and raised his family. He moved back to East Texas and eventually settled back in his hometown. He was Baptist by faith and enjoyed sports, hunting, fishing and raising cattle.

He is survived by his son, Marvin and Debbie Hanna of Mesquite; daughter, Kay and David Pollan of Hideway; son, Ron and Colleen Hanna of Salado; daughter, Marcy and Tom Mulnix of Dallas; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Travis and Lois Hanna and Brother, Benny Hanna.
