Mighty Canton Band receives 1st division rating

The Mighty Canton Band received a 1st division rating at UIL Region contest Oct. 19, 2016, and advanced from Area to State.

The band has gone to State every cycle since 1996.

The Mighty Canton Band was scheduled to travel to San Antonio to perform in the Alamadome.
