Alicia was dropped off at a veterinarian's office about a month ago. She belonged to someone because her tail is docked, and she appeared healthy, but apparently, the former owner changed his mind when he discovered she's completely deaf.
Alicia is an Australian Shep/Heeler mix, about 5 months old, energetic and puppyish, and loves everyone. She's also quite smart. We are hoping someone with children (and patience) will want her for their very own. She needs to play and run. Alicia has been spayed and is up to date on all vacs, and is on heartworm prevention. She will be microchipped upon adoption. Please consider giving this adorable girl a forever home. Van Zandt County Humane Society is all volunteer, non-profit, and organized under 501(c)3 guidelines. Call 903- 962-5700 to meet sweet Alicia.
