Services for Betty Warren Tidmore, 77, of Murchison were held Oct. 17, 2015, at Eubank Funeral Chapel with Bro. Bobby Myers officiating, under the direction of Eubank Funeral Home, Canton.

Burial will be in the Tidmore Cemetery, Martins Mill.

Mrs. Tidmore passed away Oct. 14, 2015, in Tyler.  She was born Dec. 18, 1937 in Athens to William Jesse and Alta Berry Warren.  

She was a longtime member of the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church.  She retired from Sears after 30 years and had worked for Paul Michael Company for the past 17 years.  Betty enjoyed reading and spending time with her only grandchild, Hayleigh.  She loved the Lord, her family and friends.

Mrs. Tidmore is preceded in death by her husband, Berneill Tidmore; parents; two brothers, J.T. Warren and Ben Warren; and three sisters, Lorene Wright, Pauline Cook and Opal Jackson.

She is survived by her son, Warren and Diana Tidmore of Murchison; granddaughter, Hayleigh Tidmore of Murchison; two sisters, Elsie M. Smith of Athens and Earline Clemments of Canton and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Pallbearers were James Goggans, Ron Goggans, Brian Birt, Keith McLemore, Kyle McLemore, Kevin McLemore and Tony McLemore.
