An open and cut case

The Canton Chamber of Commerce recently held a ribbon cutting ceremony to welcome Bella Salon into its membership. The hair care company is located at 143 W. Dallas St. Cutting the ribbon were owner/stylist Crissy Opitz and hair and makeup artist Aly Dempsey.
