Bobby Pearson

Services for Bobby Pearson, 79, of Grand Saline, were held Dec. 21, 2015, at Bartley Funeral Home with Kyle White officiating. Interment was in Creagleville Cemetery.

Mr. Pearson died Dec. 19, 2015, in Grand Saline.   He was born April 16, 1936, in Fruitvale to Willie Lee and Esther Beatrice Reader Pearson.  He was a lifelong resident of the Grand Saline/Fruitvale area where he graduated from Grand Saline High School in 1953 and was a member of Grand Saline Church of Christ.  He served in the U.S. Army for two years and worked as a butcher.

 He was preceded in death by his parents; and one son, David Pearson.

Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Faye Ann Pearson of Grand Saline; son and daughter-in-law, Danny and Dana Pearson of Maypearl; daughter, Cindy Ash of Dallas; brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Betty Pearson of Sulphur Springs; six grandchildren, Britney Wyatt and husband Stan, Hunter Pearson, Mackenzie Pearson, Samuel Pearson, Joshua Pearson and Matthew Pearson; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Honorary pallbearers will be Bob Swain, Billy Koonce, Johnny Wayne Clower, Doug Carroll, Danny Milam, Larry Jackson, Floyd Brown, Jimmy Woodrum and Dave Johnston.

Memorials may be made to Creagleville Cemetery Association.
