Services for Lee Roy Morris, 92, of Wills Point were held May 12, 2016, at Eubank Funeral Home Chapel in Canton.

Mr. Morris died May 9, 2016, in Grand Saline.

He was born March 3, 1924, in Wills Point to William W. and Lucy Evans Morris.

He served his country in World War II. He was a carpenter and a farmer. He enjoyed truck farming, raising cattle and fishing.

He married his precious wife on Dec. 1, 1951.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Thelma Inez Morris; and son, Junior Morris.

He is survived by son and wife, William and Carlene Stallings of Edgewood; daughter, Thelma Jean Stallings; son and wife, James and Mable Stallings of Edgewood; daughter-in-law, Sandra Morris; grandchildren, Kim and Kenny Seitz, Tammy Stallings, Sandra and Travis Evans, Jamie Kirby, Misty Davidson, Stephanie and Joseph Matteson, Jason and Keely Morris and Karri and Jeremy Harrell; 18 great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.
