Services for Betty Beatrice White Chambless, 78, of Wills Point, were held Thursday, March 9, 2017, at the Eubank Funeral Home Chapel in Canton with Bro. David Yarbrough officiating. Interment was in Haven of Memories Memorial Park in Canton.

She passed away March 5, 2017, in Canton.

She was born on Aug. 15, 1938, in Winkler to Teague and Mamie Weaver Williams.

She was a member of Brookside Baptist Church of Myrtle Springs. She grew up in Frost where she graduated from Frost High School and played basketball. She married Chester White June 15, 1957, and moved to Dallas and started their family.

After the death of Chester in September 2002, she married Joe Ed Chambless in January 2004. She enjoyed traveling, playing dominoes and going on scrapbook retreats.

She is survived by her daughter, Teresa Wagner of Wills Point; three grandsons, Paul Lohmeyer of Lubbock, Brandon Kennemer of Garland and Christopher Kennemer of Garland, two great grandsons, Bentlee Kennemer and Elijah Kennemer. Her extended Chambless family are Joe Ed Chambless, Jr. and wife Peggy of Canton, Theresa Tidwell and husband Jerry Lynn of Canton, Linda Thompson and husband Larry of Canton, Tommy Chambless of Canton, Billy Chambless and wife Juanita of Grand Prairie, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, JoAnn Williams of Austin plus numerous cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, Chester White and Joe Ed Chambless, two brothers, Barney Williams, J. C. Williams, a daughter, Cindy Kennemer and a daughter-in-law, Alice Chambless.

Pallbearers were Paul Lohmeyer, Christopher Kennemer, Brandon Kennemer, Steve Williams, Mel Bishop, David Allen, Larry Williams and Bruce Williams.
