Services for Hazel Goode McEnturff, 89, of Edgewood, were held Saturday, Aug. 26, 2017, at the First Baptist Church in Edgewood with Bro. L.A. Goodson officiating, under the direction of Eubank Funeral Home in Canton.

Interment was in Morence Cemetery.

Mrs. McEnturff passed away Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2017, in Tyler. She was born July 19, 1928, in Edgewood to Aude M. and Velma Avis Valentine McWilliams.

was a devout Christian lady and an active church member throughout her life and taught Sunday School and VBS for many years. She was a member of First Baptist in Edgewood and the Eastern Star. She loved to sew, cook, and can vegetables and jellies. She was very family oriented, a good grandmother and a devout football fan.

She is preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, Willos W. Goode and James Eddie McEnturff; son, Willos Goode; brother, James McWilliams; and two grandsons, Jeffery and Brian Goode.

is survived by five sons and their wives: David and Nancy Goode, William and Glenda Goode, Stephen and Marianne Goode, Michael and Joanne Goode, and Thomas and Holly Goode, all of Edgewood; sister, Jewel Jackson of Wills Point; 13 grandchildren and numerous great and great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to your favorite charity in her memory.
