9:30 a.m. May 2 –Pedestrian hit: First Monday Main Gate @ Graves Street – A 7-year-old from Forney was trying his shoe when his left and knee was run over by a Ford Explorer driven by a man from Dallas. The boy was transported to the hospital.

 

11:23 a.m. May 6 – Arrest: 600 blk E. Hwy. 243, Walmart – Todd Willingham, 33, of Canton and Ashley Landereth, 24, of Canton were arrested for theft property greater than $50 and less than $500.

 

12:30 p.m. May 6 – Arrest: Cody B. Greer, 24, of Fruitvale was arrested on a warrant for theft.

 

2:49 p.m. May 6 – Dog bite: 100 blk of Oak – Pit bull bit a 6-year-old girl. The dog has been quarantined.

 

9:59 p.m. May 6 – Theft of services: 10000 blk I-20 – Jalapeno Tree reported a two patrons left without paying their check.

 

10:38 p.m. May 6 – Arrest: 600 blk E. Hwy. 243, WalmartJacob Morman, 23, of Eustace was arrested for public intoxication and assault causing bodily injury family violence.

 

12:30 p.m. May 6 – Arrest: Cody B. Greer, 24, of Fruitvale was arrested on a warrant for theft.

 

4:35 a.m. May 8 – Arrest: 20000 blk I-20, Dukes Travel Plaza – James C. Weatherford, 44, of Lindale was arrested for possession of a controlled substance p g 1<1g.

 

4:18 a.m. May 10 – Unattended child: 400 blk College: Resident reported an unaccompanied child walked up to his residence. Police were able to locate the child’s home. Family advise the toddler had gotten up in the middle of the night and walked out of the house without waking anyone. CPS was notified.
