1935-2015
Annette Hiller, 80, of Oklahoma City, formerly of Mesquite, died Saturday, July 18, 2015, in Oklahoma City. The daughter of Luther Boyd Strickland and Lottie Francis (Phillips) Strickland, she was born Jan. 28, 1935, in Martins Mill.
Funeral service was held Thursday, July 23, 2015, at the Eisenhour Funeral Home Chapel in Blanchard. Burial was in the Holly Springs Cemetery near Ben Wheeler.
Annette married Fred L. Hiller on Feb. 18, 1979, in Las Vegas, Nev. She worked as an Avon Representative for many years. Annette was a member of Mimosa Lane Baptist Church in Mesquite where she was actively involved in various ministries. In her spare time, she enjoyed going to garage sales and travelling with her husband.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Fred Hiller in 2010; five sisters, Venita Lou, Pat, Mary, Harva, and Marlie and one brother, Buck.
Annette is survived by one sister, Virginia Turner of Oklahoma City; numerous nieces and nephews and many other loved ones and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Annette’s name to Sommerset Assisted Living, 1601 Southwest 119th Street, Oklahoma City, Okla. 73170.
