The Canton ISD Museum is officially open.
About 75 people attended the museum’s open house Aug. 16. “We had several former teachers and a lot of community members stop in,” Superintendent Jay Tullos said.
Some of them said they wanted to come by and see what kind of things the museum had on display so they would know what kind of things to donate, he said.
The museum is located in the old high school building at 1045 S. Buffalo St.
