Graveside services for Douglas Roy Yarbrough, 46, of Kaufman, were held Oct. 2, 2015, at Haven of Memories in Canton with Bro. Steve Glosup officiating.

Douglas Yarbrough passed away Sept, 29, 2015, in Kaufman.

He was born on Oct. 15, 1968, in Dallas to David and Karran McCasland Yarbrough.

He grew up in Kaufman and played football for Kaufman ISD. He loved working on cars and was especially talented in the use of computers.  He enjoyed fishing, cooking and spending time with friends and family.

Mr. Yarbrough is preceded in death by his mother.

He is survived by his father, David and Dixie Yarbrough of Holly Lake Ranch; daughter, Shannon and Jay Nisbet of Frisco; daughter, Randi and Eric Horton of Kaufman; grandsons, Gunner Daniel and Tyler Horton; granddaughter, Brooke Horton; brother, Keith and Katie Yarbrough of Royce City; sister, Dee Ann Brothers of Plano; grandmother, Mary Ann McCasland; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.  

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
