Whitton VFD thanks chili cook-off attendees

The members of the Whitton VFD would like to thank everyone that came out and supported the VFD at the chili cook-off.
“We want to thank all the participants in the cook-off, the ladies that made all of the desserts, and our judges – Virgil Melton, Ronnie Daniel, and Mack Brewer. Also, a special thanks to our prize donators – Walmart of Canton, Brookshires of Canton, Paul Michael of Canton, Bealls of Canton, Jalapeno Tree of Canton, and Higginbotham Brothers of Canton. Lastly, thank you to Chicken Express of Canton for donating the tea for our event. We appreciate our community helping us to make this a success!” remarked organizers.
