Memorial services for Sybil Elizabeth Berry, 91, of Canton, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 13, 2016, at Crossroads Church in Canton.

Mrs. Berry died Sunday, July 17, 2016, in Canton.

She was born Dec. 2, 1924, in Livingston to Joe and Elizabeth Phillips Glasscock.

She graduated high school in Naples before receiving her Bachelor’s Degree from Sam Houston State University. She married Todd Berry on Nov. 26, 1947, and moved to Canton in 1953. She taught school in Canton and Martins Mill for 25 years. She had a passion for collecting antiques, jewelry or any other kind of collectables, as well as a strong love for animals and music. She was also a member of Crossroads Church in Canton.

She is survived by her husband, Todd Berry of Canton; son, John Berry of Canton; son, Joe Berry of Athens; granddaughter, Amy Camilleri; grandson, Brian Adamski; great-grandchildren, Kylie Adamski, Isabelle Camilleri, Abigail Camilleri, Aiden Camilleri; and niece, Pam Wilson.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Elizabeth Glasscock and brother, Joe Mack and Jean Glasscock.
