CHS resgistration dates set

Registration for all Canton High School students will be on a come-and-go schedule Aug. 2 and  3.

Hours are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 to 6 p.m. in the Canton High School Commons.

Schedules for the new school year will be distributed only after all registration materials have been completed and signed by parent or guardian and all fees and fines from last year have been cleared, school officials said.

 All registration forms are available on-line at http://hs.cantonisd.net  and in the high school office. 

All students must provide proof of residency in the form of a current utility bill or lease agreement.  If a parent or guardian is not accompanying the student to registration, proof of residency and all completed and signed registration forms are still required before the student can receive his/her schedule.  

Any schedule changes should be made prior to the start of school, officials said. “Only changes with academic merit will be approved,” they said.  The final date to request a schedule change is Aug. 9.
