Services for Barbara Jean Johnson, 82, of Canton, were held Friday, Nov. 25, 2016, at  Eubank Funeral Home with Bro. Taylor Robinson officiating.  Interment followed in Haven of Memories. 

Mrs. Johnson passed away Nov. 18, 2016, in Tyler. 

She was born Feb. 13, 1934, in Amarillo to Herman Aubrey and Lucille Melba Smith Turner. 

She was an active member of Crossroads Church in Canton.  She was a prayer warrior and loved evangelism. She loved playing Parcheesi with her grandchildren, playing dominoes, camping, baking and reading. She lived in Amarillo for many years and still has many friends and relatives there.

She is survived by her husband of 66 ½ years, Billy Lee Johnson of Canton; two sons and their wives, David and Cathy Johnson of Gadsden, Al., and Paul and Brenda Johnson of Beloit, Wi.; two daughters and their husbands, Cindy and Dale Bunton of Canton and Lesla and Billy Somers of Pinellas Park, Fla; 18 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and one on the way; and her brother, Ken Cormack of Gladstone, Mo. 

Pallbearers were Adam Johnson, Joshua Bunton, Caleb Bunton, Shawn Somers, Cody Bunton and Aaron Johnson.  Honorary pallbearers were Daniel Johnson and Mark Johnson.
