The Canton-based woodwind ensemble “Serenity” performed a half-hour Christmas concert in Freedom Hall at the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum on the SMU campus in Dallas Dec 23.  The group is made up of, from left, Canton High School seniors Erin Milligan, Savannah Ellis, and Samantha Ellis, and UT-Tyler juniors Madison Fowler and Riley Milligan.  The ensemble has given 32 performances in six counties across northeast Texas since 2013.
