Canton Lions Club celebrates 85th anniversary

The Canton Lions Club held their 85th Anniversary event on Saturday, March 25, at Manna and Grace Bible Fellowship Church.
The focus of the event was how the Canton Lions Club has benefited the community in the last 10 years in four areas: Youth, Environment, Vision and Hunger.
In the Youth Area, the Canton Lions Club has provided $100,000 in scholarships to Canton and Martins Mill High School students as well as counselors at Texas Lions Camp. The club has supported the Texas Lions Camp, for children with disabilities, both financially and in service. The club sponsors the C-Town Eagles Leo Club at the Canton High School.
