Memorials may be made to the Van Ministry at Edom United Methodist Church.
He was born Oct. 13, 1948, in Dallas to Bill and Bernice Human. He graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School and spent two years at El Centro Community College.
On April 5,1980, he married the love of his life, Susan Louise Dreier in Dallas.

He had a few career paths in his vibrant life ranging from chip truck driver to newspaper owner to child support enforcement agent. He spent most of his career however, running his own child support business, Human Interest Agency, that helped thousands of custodial parents get child support for their children. He retired to Callendar Lake where he enjoyed fishing and the Hickory Hills community.
He always put others first and everything he did in life was done with joy and his signature smile. He was a Yellow-Dog Democrat, who served on numerous political campaigns, volunteered at the polls and one week prior to his passing, completed his term as chair of the Van Zandt County Democratic Party.
He enjoyed camping, cooking, debating issues, spending time with his grandchildren and telling people about his beautiful wife and children.
He is survived by his best friend, soul mate and wife Susan Louise Human; son, Christopher Paul Human and wife, Jennifer of San Antonio; daughter, Bethany Human Ferrall and husband, Chris of Sulphur Springs; four grandchildren, Nicolas, Mackenzie, Dylan and Charlotte; his brothers, George and Marilyn and Jud and Hanya; and countless extended family members and friends.
He considered anyone he knew, whether for five minutes or 50 years, a friend. He will be dearly missed but the impact he left on our lives will be with us forever.
