Study Club visits airpark

Tailwind Airpark was host to the Wednesday Study Club for their last meeting of the year.  Mark Thompson gave a history of the Airpark and the Flying Service. He shared stories about his father and how Thompson Field was a crop dusting and fertilizer business before lots were developed for new homes with hangars, said club members.

Mark introduced Jon Hicks, who told the group about some of his experiences in the Air Force flying A-10's across the ocean.
