Farewell, Zoey

Zoey, a Therapy Dog of Van Zandt County, has lost her battle to cancer. She passed away July 1, she was 7 years old. She was a Therapy Dog of VZC for four years. She was owned by Kathy Burkham.
“Zoey had been experiencing health issues for several weeks. Zoey never failed to bring delight to both young and old alike in her therapy dog role. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her,” said Burkham. “Zoey was a Great Pyrenees who was adopted from SPIN, Saving Pyrs in Need.”
