8th grade White

Mabank scores all three of its scores in the first half and the Eagle squad was able to hold them off the second half. The Eagles were led with great defensive play of John Crow and Creede Herchman.

8th grade Green

The 8th grade Green team won the first contest of the year 20-0. The Eagles scored on their first possession on a throw from quarterback Jason Brisbois to Jabralon Pickens for 48 yards. The following possession the two hooked up again for a 45-yard catch and run. The 2-point conversion was a throw from Tre Collard to Pickens. The third score was a quarterback keeper by Brisbois to finish the scoring for Canton. The defense was a brick wall all night. They were led by Jaden Brown and Colton Shepard.
