Spradling announces intent for JP Pct. 2 office

Press release from Dainell Land, Treasurer for James Spradling

“I am James Spradling and I am running for Justice of the Peace Precinct 2 because: the voters of Precinct 2 deserve a voice in who will be their Justice of the Peace.

The Justice of the Peace is called the people’s court and I will ensure it is open at times convenient to the people. As the people’s judge, I will make customer service a priority. Each person coming to the court deserves prompt respectful attention.

I have lived in VZC for over 24 years, I graduated from Martins Mill High School.

I worked for VZC Pct. 2 Justice of Peace Judge Ronnie Daniell for two years, then went on to earn my associates degree in computer science. For the last three years, I’ve been working with juvenile offenders. Danielle Land, a graduate of Canton High School, has agreed to be my campaign treasurer.

I attend Lakeside Baptist Church. I have served as an election judge. I am a firm believer in our second Amendment, the right to keep and bear arms. I am a holder of Texas’ License to Carry. For several years, I helped feed the disabled campers at the Texas Lions Camp with the Canton Lions Club and in 2016, I volunteered with Alaska Missions.

I am qualified, experienced and ready to be YOUR Justice of the Peace, Pct 2. I would be honored to have your support and vote on March 6.“
