Baughs celebrate 50 years

Anniversary
 

Rickey and Sue Baugh’s two children will honor them with a 50th wedding anniversary celebration from 4 to 7 p.m., Saturday, April 14, at the Grand Lodge, Mill Creek Ranch Resort. Dale and Eva Baugh along with Amanda and Todd Burch would like to invite family and friends to attend this open house event located at 1880 N. Trade Days Blvd.

Rickey Baugh, son of late John Dee and Mary Jane Baugh, and Sue Douthit, daughter of late CD and Senora Douthit, were both born and raised in Canton, Texas. The couple married April 12, 1968, at the Moore United Methodist Church.

Rickey and Sue raised their two children in Canton and were attending members of the late Moore United Methodist Church.  Now, the entire family calls Old Bethel Baptist their church home. Sue also has a special place in her heart for St. Justin's Episcopal Church and members. Rickey is retired from Unocal (Union Oil Company of California), the Van Oil Field is now owned by Chevron. Sue continues to own and operate Baugh Transportation and Funeral Services. They have four grandkids, Mason and Madison Baugh and Rikki-Alec and Justin Burch. Rickey and Sue enjoy spending time at their cabin in Oklahoma, hunting with grandkids and spending time in general with family and friends.
