Wayne Gordon 1966-2018

Services for Wayne Gordon, 51, of Canton, were held Tuesday, May 8, 2018, at Eubank Funeral Home in Canton. Interment was at Haven of Memories in Canton.

He passed away May 4, 2018, in Tyler. He was born Nov. 16, 1966, in Mesquite, to Finnis Lee Gordon and Gloria Ann McGill.

He grew up in Canton and graduated from Canton High School in 1985. He worked for Canton Motors for nine years and Adams Hardwood for the past 12 years.

He enjoyed the outdoors. He liked hunting, fishing, riding ATVs, and sitting around the campfire. He loved spending time with his family. He was a good friend and a great listener.

He is survived by his mother, Gloria and Charlie Anderson; son, Jared Gordon and Tyler Farver; son, Maxx Gordon; daughter, Reilly Gordon; granddaughter, Atley Gordon; sister, Janis Stanley; stepdaughter, Danielle Griffin; stepmother, Beth Gordon; and stepsisters: Brenda Rosemond, Tammie Anderson, and Terri Brown.

He is preceded in death by his father, Finnis Lee Gordon; grandparents, Homer and Vertis Gordon; and grandparents, Jessie and Hazel McGill.
