CIS students visit VZC Veterans Memorial

The Canton Intermediate Student Council members for the month of September visited the Van Zandt County Veterans Memorial.
Students were able to gain a better understanding of the impact of our local veterans as the fifth graders prepare for their annual Veterans Day Program, said Canton ISD officials.
The September Student Council members are Omega Dees, Caroline Freeman, Addison Alexander, Bailey Holiman, Eli Tuma, Ashlynn Kinchen, Wyatt Monie and Alexis Cummings.
