The Bent Bucket Band from Athens will perform at the dedication of the Barn Fellowship Sunday, Aug. 29.

The Barn Fellowship, located at 220 Hwy 110 in Grand Saline, will be dedicating their new facility at 6 p.m. Saturday evening, Aug. 29.

“Along with the dedication there will be a Southern Gospel Jubilee Concert with the Bent Bucket Band from Athens that will make you want to tap your foot, slap your knee and clap your hands!” organizers said.

The Barn Fellowship is a country church in fellowship with the Southern Baptist Convention, Texas Baptist and the Kauf-Van Baptist Association.

The church began just over four years ago as a mission of the Round Em’ Cowboy Church in Wills Point and met in a horse sale barn on I-20 for three years. In February 2014 the church moved to a storefront in Grand Saline and in early 2015 was able to purchase property on Hwy. 110 in Grand Saline.
