Julia Loughmiller Bering, 90, of Bellaire, passed away Feb. 1, 2017. She was a loving wife, mother and friend. She was born in Wills Point and grew up in Canton.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jamie and Aubrey Loughmiller, her husband, Samuel Eugene Bering, Jr., and her sisters, Mary Beth Paul and Jamie Matthews.
She is survived by her brother, Aubrey (Valerie) Loughmiller; children, Catherine (David) Holly, Gene (Jane) Bering, Susan (Larry) George, and Margaret (John) West; eight grandchildren, Megan (Brian) Viktorin, Rachel (Richard) Biagioni, Jessica Holly, Sara (Jason) Maw, Lauren (Marlon Alvarez)George, Jenny (Dustin) Neasbitt, Ryan and Jason West; six great-grandchildren, Caroline and Tyler Viktorin, Léo Biagioni, Brooke Maw, Marla and Raleigh Neasbitt; and numerous nieces and nephews.
