The theme for Storytime this week was bedtime.  Ms. Rhonda read ‘How Dinosaurs say Goodnight’, ‘Bears in Beds,’ Max and The Won’t Go to Bed Show’ and the last book, ‘Don’t let the Pigeon Stay up Late.’  These stories created lots of giggles for our great crowd today, librarians said.  The moon and stars craft was lots of fun for the pre-schoolers.  The next theme for Storytime will be toys and tractors.

Ruth Fuller, along with two of her grandchildren, Claire Fuller and Lance Humphrey, delivered 15 plates of baked goods to the first responders of Canton, the Canton Police, Canton Fire Department, paramedics, Van Zandt County Sheriff and the Texas Highway Patrol.

Ms. Fuller said she thought this would be a good way to teach her grandchildren respect.  “Today kids have too many bad examples to follow,” she said. “The kids really enjoyed meeting everyone.  Thank you all for your service!”
