Canton Elementary School held the annual Reindeer Fun Run.  Students, parents and teachers ran or walked a mile around the track to promote a healthy and fit lifestyle. The run ended with hot cocoa and treats for the students.

The acapella choir of Canton High School preformed during a Canton Chamber event. The choir sang holiday themed songs. The performance included a special performance by the choir’s Showstoppers.

The Canton High School Choir had 17 students make the All Region Choir Oct. 8. 

Recently the choir performed in the All Region concert at Richardson Hight School.

The Canton High School FFA Chapter will be hosting a benefit dinner and auction Dec. 1 at Canton High School.

“I am happy to saw that our chapter is currently experiencing a large amount of growth. However, with growth comes the need for more financial resources,” said Tara Spencer, Canton AG teacher and FFA Advisor at CHS.

“We want to ensure that each Canton FFA member has the opportunity to participate at the level that he or she desires, regardless of their financial status,” said Spencer.

The CHS will be auctioning off several items included a tool chest, handmade pens and décor.
